Communications Overhaul

Fort Leavenworth Hunt

The Fort Leavenworth Hunt needed a communications upgrade across the board, online and offline.  

Website

FLH’s Google site was outdated, lacked a marketing focus, and wasn’t a reliable resource for FLH members. The new WordPress website is inviting and a consistently updated. Members now have a “one-stop” resource for all the latest hunt information.

Email Newsletter

FLH’s email communications were previously sent from a personal Gmail account. Not only did they have an unprofessional appearance, but each email was being sent three or four times as the member list had to be separated into small enough groups that spam filters wouldn’t be triggered.

Emails are now sent using an email marketing tool and branded templates. Members love the new format!

The group’s ability to engage in their sport is dependent on having access to large areas of rural land. 

Informational Brochure

A printed brochure for distribution at events gives prospective members an overview of what the hunt is about.
